To support in performing the Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection of Aircraft and related Equipment in compliance with established standards of quality & safety & in an effective & timely manner. To carry out maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft and related equipment in compliance with aviation standards, ensuring safe and reliable operations:-

Prepare, issue, and revise all controlled company manuals in line with Company Document Control Procedures. Coordinate and assist other departments/ stations on document control procedure. Track and follow up the receipt, registration, distribution, and closure of documentation system. Ensure all manuals and records are accurate, legible, and readily available before distribution. Manage soft copy/ manual uploads to appropriate system and send alerts to relevant staff. Maintain reference files, master electronic copies, and archive obsolete documents securely. Conduct quarterly reviews and monthly physical checks of office-held manuals. Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained, stocked, and clean.
Job Scope: The Officer – Commercial Strategy is responsible for supporting the development and execution of airline’s commercial strategies, focusing on revenue optimization, International General Sales Agents’ management, market analysis, international points of sales & marketing activities, and long-term business planning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial Sections, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment of fares, load factor, T&C alignment. Conduct market research, Other Airline fares analysis and market segmentation to identify load/yield driven.
Job Scope: To ensure smooth functioning of distribution systems, OTA connectivity, website sales, BSP, and payment gateways, while supporting sales channels. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure smooth operation of e-commerce platforms and troubleshoot booking/payment issues. Monitor OTA sales, connectivity and resolve distribution issues. Support new OTA integrations and system upgrades. Assist GDS booking for date change and reply mail. Coordinate with Finance for payment system enhancements. Prepare reports on distribution efficiency and system performance.
