Maintain and update Meal Statistics reports and provide weekly reports to Managers and Head of Department. Ensure data accuracy in all records between IFS and Caterer. Monitor and respond to communications via Viber chat, email, and mobile. Coordinate with relevant teams for necessary clarifications. Support office workplace cleaning and handle miscellaneous tasks. Maintain flexibility and good attitude in the workplace while communicating smoothly with teams and relevant colleagues. Perform other duties as assigned by Managers and Supervisors.

Track and follow up the receipt, registration, distribution, and closure of documentation system. Ensure all manuals and records are accurate, legible, and readily available before distribution. Manage soft copy/ manual uploads to appropriate system and send alerts to relevant staff. Maintain reference files, master electronic copies, and archive obsolete documents securely. Conduct quarterly reviews and monthly physical checks of office-held manuals. Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained, stocked, and clean.
