A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Work under Senior Staff's action plan.
  • Handle incoming phone calls for Passenger Service Director (PSD) regarding meal requirements.
  • Record and process passenger load, class types, and crew load information.
  • Submit daily meal orders to designated caterers for pre-meal, final-meal, and total daily uplifted quantities.
  • Maintain and update Meal Statistics reports and provide weekly reports to Managers and Head of Department.
  • Ensure data accuracy in all records between IFS and Caterer.
  • Monitor and respond to communications via Viber chat, email, and mobile.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for necessary clarifications.
  • Support office workplace cleaning and handle miscellaneous tasks.
  • Maintain flexibility and good attitude in the workplace while communicating smoothly with teams and relevant colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Managers and Supervisors.

  • Bachelors’ Degree or above in Business or related field.
  • Strong communication & outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail an accuracy
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on improving passenger experience.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Advance Excel & internet / email skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexible working hour.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
