Job Summary: Responsible for calculating on general Quantity Surveying skills such as estimation, detailed cost plans, price comparisons, BOQ preparation, method of measurement, company standard measuring practice and design guide line etc. Responsible for applying fire safety suggestion letter and getting fire safety certificate. Responsible for quality control and third-party inspection. Key Responsibilities: Ensure robust, accurate and timely in the preparation of cost plan, bills of quantities and system design. Work closely with the design economies and identify the opportunity of value engineering. Assist to Assistant Engineer in costing, technical, specification, contract, project. requirement, system design approval and manage the project. Assist to all department in project requirement Duties/Responsibilities: Receipt and register of project enquiry documents and filing in server Ground survey Prepare design drawing , take off BOQ and prepare estimate quotation Coordinate with supplier for price list and comparison of cost Coordinate with customer for correct document information for applying FSC Coordinate with engineer department from MFSD for applying FSC Understanding job specification , scope of work , condition and related issues Coordinate with supplier for price list and comparison of cost Prepare conceptual drawings , shop drawings , combined service drawings , detail design drawings , final as-built drawings and hydraulic calculation Work with site team to update project BOQ and final drawings

Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting the applications. Have knowledge about up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices. Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Onboard new recruits and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Handle the employee database well and prepare HR-related reports and data. Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances. Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor, depend on the urgent and important needs.
