Perform the receiving of samples of raw material , packaging material , semi-product and finished product to perform microbiological testing according to standard method against its specification and report. Receive and handle of the samples of raw material , packaging material , semi-product and finish product follow the standard procedure and guideline. Conduct the microbiological testing of received-samples according to reference methods against its specification and report with the accurate result Make a trend analysis of all microbiological testing results. Conduct the environment microbiological monitoring and report. Analyze the trend for continuous improvement. Summary all FG results to release to market. Support the defect identification (microbiology) to trouble shooting team to solve the quality issue. Ensure all laboratory equipment are in good condition and calibrated according to due date. Perform the proficiency test according to program. Performed miscellaneous duties , which are work-related as assigned.
Perform the daily "order processing process" : start from order capture until delivery to customers Co-ordinate with sales and AR for credit released on-time Ensure product fulfillment by following up stock in order to fulfil the order Co-ordinate to solve delivery issues with relevant departments (Sales, Distribution, Customers) Manage special requirement according to business e.g. transition, promotional item, Quota management, Batch allocation Regularly 'Monitor orders to ensure that all transactions created are corrected and completed with all mandatory requirements. Experienced in manufacturing and process control system (Scada system). Able to drive for Sinamic siemens servo and servo motor & Danfoss drive. Operating for PLC upload & Download. Able to understand and always monitor factory power distribution system.

Job Purpose This role will play a part in the Osotspa Myanmar business operations in assisting in general HR and ER administration at the Sales & Commercial site Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices Main Responsibility 1. General Administration Administrative tasks such as performing background checks, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee. Maintaining and updating employees’ particular. Maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or resigned employees. Update training records if any. Compiling reports and spreadsheets for weekly, monthly basic. Leading for performance appraisal process and EES as well as CoC completion. 2. Recruitment/New Hire Process Assist recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Preparing new employee files. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) Administering new employment assessments. Serving as a point person for all new employee questions. 3. Benefits Administration Leading for monthly payroll matter and responsible to be data accurate. Assist in leave administration and updating. Assist in calculation of overtime hours and checking of Sales Incentive with policy. Assist in SSB administration. Updating to insurance service provide for employee onboarding and deboarding. 4. Administration Maintaining employees’ databases.
