To achieve sales target and development their own area target breakdown by Channels (Volume and Cash)
Daily/Weekly follow up by target achievement.
To set up the daily/weekly plan for sales people and monitoring.
Monthly review for strength and weakness of operation and corrective action taken.
To review detail debtor by weekly and overdue debtor by daily.
To monitor the exclusive outlets through channels people according to the market visit schedule and taken the corrective action.
To report the market visit feedback by monthly.
To train and explain the sales people for channel objectives and what should they do.
To set up the rolling forecasting by quarterly.
Every marketing information from HO, after that must explain to their own sales people.
