Supervise day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling Maintain and update the company fixed asset register (eg. Furniture, equipment, vehicles, and IT tools) Supervise & arrange for all vehicles, drivers and other operational tasks. Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance history, optimizing fleet management. Daily Ways, must be able to properly manage GPS monitoring and fuel consumption and submit daily and monthly reports. (monitor the location, speed, and routes of vehicles in real-time) Supervise the condition of the vehicles under preparation and if it is necessary to prepare them in an external service, they must be able to connect and plan. Supervise office renovation, structure maintenance, new construction, etc. Supervise all operational supports (Generator maintenance, Fuel supplies, Pest controlling, Drinking water, etc.) Manage maintenance registration by SOP. Supervise to implement the security issues by regarding of monitoring, controlling, reporting, etc. according to the management’s plan Supervise to handle safety issues (Fire safety, Occupational safety, etc.) in office compound. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to comply with Myanmar Market Organize and implement for the accomplishment of all campaigns and activities. Prepare for diverse market distributions and promotional materials (brochures, press releases, digital, website material etc.) Maintain relationships with media vendors, exhibitors, KOLs, purchasers and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Consolidate weekly report to update market situation, sales performance and results of the launched marketing campaign and competitor update. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. Collaborate with related departments and teams in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Perform the full audit cycle according to monthly and annual audit plan. Perform the risk assessment, review and evaluate the financial records and control management over the financial operations. Ensure that the audit evidence obtained must be appropriate and sufficient. Prepare and present report to senior auditor regarding the audit results and documents the audit process.
