This role will support HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of supporting a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process : posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, performance evaluations, etc.). Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Assist in organizing training, workshops, and development and benefit programs . Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required. Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and professional workplace
