Job Description Responsibilities: • Lead the supervisors and sales team in daily operation to ensure the sale team and supervisors are following operation’s disciplinaries and policies. • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. • Responsible for supervising the daily results of sales or operation planning that was planned by Managing Director and reporting back timely. • Monitoring, preparing the daily, weekly, monthly reports of sales effectiveness and reporting to MD. • Responsible for each team’s daily planning to achieve the monthly and weekly targets and KPI. • Timely Reporting about sale, outlet and competitors activities, promotions, events, exhibition and so on. • Complete the additional task that is assigned from Managing Director. • Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating events • Cost negotiation and managing suppliers’ relationships • Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing • Production management from fabrication to on-site set up supervision and management for events

Professionally manage incoming calls and registration personnel. Work closely with the sales and support teams to maintain consistency in customer interactions. Share insights and feedback to enhance overall customer experience. Work directly with prospects and customers via telephone, and email to describe services. Coordinate follow-up activities, meetings, and presentations to further discuss potential collaborations. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system. Maintain record of client contact information Keep record of calls for useful information.
