Safety Health Environment: Drives a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviours. Responsible for team execute activities in line with Safety Health and Environment requirements and legislation requirements as well as corporate standards & policies. Executes actions with speed. Escalates and implement solutions to impact risks in ergonomics and working conditions. Instructs employees regarding job-related and corresponding safety procedures hazards. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to lead recruitment, onboarding, and associate engagement efforts — with a particular focus on blue-collar workforce management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and capable of managing end-to-end HR processes while building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates for both blue-collar and support roles. Proactively source candidates through job platforms, social networks, and recruitment partners. Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers. Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding documentation and reports. 2. Associate Engagement & HR Support Support engagement programs to boost morale and retain factory-level associates. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, especially for blue-collar staff. Assist in organizing welfare activities and internal communication initiatives. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is current and properly filed. Prepare and submit Social Security Board (SSB) documents for employee registration, updates, and claims. Coordinate with payroll outsourcing vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely data submission. Liaise with manpower outsourcing vendors regarding deployment, documentation, and contract matters.
