Safety Health Environment:

  • Drives a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviours. Responsible for team execute activities in line with Safety Health and Environment requirements and legislation requirements as well as corporate standards & policies. Executes actions with speed.
  • Escalates and implement solutions to impact risks in ergonomics and working conditions.
  • Instructs employees regarding job-related and corresponding safety procedures hazards. Checks if (new) employees and temporary workers possess enough skills and knowledge to execute the job safely
  • Ensures that all safety instructions and maintenance work is conducted using the required Safety systems such as Lock Out Tag Out Test Out – LOTOTO and permit to work – PTW, Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA), Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE)
  • Checks if work permit is adequate and execution is according to plan; takes care of technician’s / contractor’s and third-party employees’ safety
  • Provide inputs that all technical plans of equipment including those related to energy are updated and available
  • Immediately corrects any substandard condition or unsafe behaviour
  • Reports unsafe situations and ensures adequate corrective measures are being taken on time
  • Stops work when safety is at risk. Escalates with enough anticipation what capacity and support are required to get the job done safely
  • Reviews Safety performance as part of the daily Operations Performance meetings Structure – OPS
  • Leads and or participates in incident/accident investigations and Risk Assessments.

 

Quality:

  • Drives a Quality culture and role model behaviours. Ensure all maintenance interventions guarantee Quality requirements and legislation implementation and compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies
  • Responsible for Maintenance tasks are being executed in line with Quality requirements (Food Safety) such as parts replacement, calibrations, inspections, cleaning etc.
  • Ensures that maintenance intervention do not generate non-conformities

 

Leadership:

  • Drives manufacturing excellence within the team through engaged leadership and coaching.
  • Develops and coaches the associates in the team to close the competency gap.
  • Develops technical standards used to close the competency gap
  • Develops his team, ensure that Performance review process is in place and personal development plans exist for himself and his team members

 

Delivery & Cost:

  • Autonomous maintenance
    • Transfer knowledge and technical expertise
    • Create and update standards
    • Ensuring that the planned maintenance work is carried out within the defined quality standards and deadlines
    • Participates in plant initiatives and projects
  • Corrective maintenance
    • Develops knowledge of machines by being available on production lines; shares observations with operators
    • Raises the relevant documentation related to correction of defects
    • Attends to all Breakdowns as quick as possible and carries out Breakdown Analysis using the standards provided
    • Is responsible for monitoring the line after a breakdown to ensure an effective and efficient start of the equipment (ensuring efficiency, product quality etc.)
  • Preventive maintenance
    • Implements Manufacturing Operating System - MOS roll out plan with a hands-on approach through using and owning the relevant Planned Maintenance tools such as Breakdown elimination and Planning – Scheduling
    • Updates and improves the Preventative Maintenance System with inputs from Breakdown Analysis and feedback from Technicians
    • Optimizes and improves Planned Maintenance downtime
    • Prepare and execute short and medium-term preventative maintenance plan on time through the order and preparation of maintenance tasks to be carried out
    • Participate in the execution of planned maintenance tasks
    • Keeps maintenance records updated with all the details required
    • Guarantees the availability of spare parts and tools for the completion of the weekly maintenance plan in collaboration with the stores and the technicians
  • Uses Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tools as a daily routine to ensure key KPIs delivery that contributing to Compelling Business Need – CBN and Champions 1 Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tool
  • Participates in Operations Performance meetings Structure - OPS Level 2
  • Suggest and implements improvement ideas

 

In non-principal countries the list of key responsibilities can be extended based on current Combined Business Model - CBM model.

  1. Check and service machine according to the maintenance schedule.
  2. Daily and monthly check on machine.
  3. To ensure proper and on-going implementation of preventive maintenance for machineries.
  4. Repair and record the breakdown machine.
  5. Check and service machine according to the maintenance schedule and fitting job related to mechanical nature
  6. Daily and monthly check on machine.
  7. Update daily maintenance record and training new employees

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field is preferable, Technical education is minimum.
  • Technical certification or higher (as per local legislation)
  • Languages: Local - Fluent; English – Intermediate
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles
  • Mechanical/ electrical/pneumatics/electronics experience
  • Min of 2 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of teams
  • Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well.
  • Project management experience including leading a project
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial processes
  • Having knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of automation
  • Pack office/SAP/PRS/ Machine interface software
  • Technical English
