Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards Supervise and coordinate all staff activities including scheduling, attendance, in/out records, and overtime. Assign duties and responsibilities to team members and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently. Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the restaurant at all times.
