Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards Supervise and coordinate all staff activities including scheduling, attendance, in/out records, and overtime. Assign duties and responsibilities to team members and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently. Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the restaurant at all times. Handle customer service matters, resolve complaints professionally, and build positive customer relationships. Provide regular operational reports and updates directly to the Board of Directors. Implement and uphold company policies, BOD directives, and service standards. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed. Track and analyze sales performance and help develop improvement plans.
