A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards

  • Supervise and coordinate all staff activities including scheduling, attendance, in/out records, and overtime.

  • Assign duties and responsibilities to team members and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the restaurant at all times.

  • Handle customer service matters, resolve complaints professionally, and build positive customer relationships.

  • Provide regular operational reports and updates directly to the Board of Directors.

  • Implement and uphold company policies, BOD directives, and service standards.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed.

  • Track and analyze sales performance and help develop improvement plans.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control, and staff management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions from senior leadership.

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.

  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or casual dining environment is preferred.
