Key Responsibilities Indirect Materials Procurement: Lead the procurement of indirect materials required to support production and operations. Purchase marketing items, services, and office supplies to meet organizational needs. Supplier Sourcing and Contract Execution: Identify and source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract execution. Evaluate bids from suppliers, ensuring alignment with departmental and company policies and procedures. Draft and/or review supply and service specifications to meet operational requirements. Monitor supplier performance and take necessary actions to maintain quality and efficiency. Negotiate with Suppliers for contracts to achieve favorable terms. Documentation and Compliance Prepare import license documentation as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Communication and Information Distribution: Distribute purchasing information to relevant parties, including management, vendors etc Review and evaluate purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness. Gather, record, and maintain purchase data for reporting and analysis purposes. Resolve any issues, problems, or complaints related to procurement. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators to internal stakeholders and corporate functions.
Job Summary: The HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This includes assisting with recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, employee relations, compliance, and reporting. The HR Supervisor works closely with the HR Manager and regional HR to ensure effective HR processes and practices in TOACMM. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment and Selection: Assist in job advertisement preparation and posting on relevant platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers. Assist with reference checks and background verifications. Support the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new employee onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training. Conduct exit interviews and assist in offboarding procedures. HR & Administration: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and benefits. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies. Arrange Uniforms, Business card and Ferry arrangements for new and existing employees. Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure the smooth processing of monthly payroll, SSB and Employee Personal Income Tax of Employee Assist in applying and renewing visas and stay permit for expatriates. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, activities, and wellness programs. To supervise and arrange car rental process. And to proceed with all payments for car rental such as claim for petrol, rental charges etc. To arrange travelling process such as air ticket, car, (local and overseas) To arrange events such as monthly Town Hall meetings, Staff Annual Dinner, Staff Farewell etc. Assist in ad-hoc administration duties assigned by superiors. Employee and public Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Maintain good relationships with labor related organizations. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and necessary timely report requested by labor related organizations. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends. Work Location - Commercial Office (Times City Complex) - 90% Factory (Thilawa SEZ) - 10%
Job Purpose: Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of computer hardware, software systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. This role involves handling IT security and compliance tasks, providing technical support to users, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Respond promptly to service issues and requests from users. Handle the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including applications, ERP systems, security systems, and service desk support. Troubleshoot and fix network faults. Handle router, firewall, switch, access point, PABX, CCTV, door access, and cable installations and configurations. Register and manage user accounts for computers, networks, printers, and other IT equipment. Provide orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and equipment. Register all IT fixed assets and maintain monthly reports. Arrange maintenance for IT equipment and manage IT assets record keeping. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Coordinate IT procurement activities and vendor contracts. Analyze and submit monthly reports on troubleshooting and monitoring records. Document all incoming and outgoing IT equipment and maintain an asset list. Closely work with IT Department from Head Quarter and provide technical expertise and assistance as needed.
The position holder will take care of Clear and effective communication with sales teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Preparing proposals, agreements, sales and agents reports, and presentations Generating sales reports and providing insights to the sales team Maintaining accurate and organized records,working effectively with the sales team and other departments. Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal sales meetings. Coordinate with Marketing and assist sales team in the implementation of sales activities / tools as prepared by the department Other duties may be assigned as required
Planning and execution the overall marketing activities Initiate the trade and consumer promotion/marketing activities monthly (GT & MT) Execute the events and dealer seminars as planned timeline Closely monitor the impact each activity and give feedback to manager Control the POSMs stock levels and allocated the right target customers in right time Coordinate and assist sales team in the implementation marketing tools Monitor the market information and competitors’ activities/movement monthly Keep an eye on the market and look opportunities for new product development, collect the related market data Work closely with digital agency for monthly digital activities (Campaign Plan, Report, and Content/design) Build relationship with customers Other duties may be assigned as required.
