Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily Warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations and inventory management, supervising staffs, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operation Coordinate with logistics partners to plan and schedule incoming shipments. Ensure timely receipt of goods and efficient distribution to designated storage areas. Oversee the storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods inventory. Implement stock control measures to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and reconcile date storage systems. Optimize space utilization within the warehouse. Conduct regular audits and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. Safety and Compliance: Set up and maintain warehouse layout for optimal storage efficiency and safety. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards. Oversee inspection, regular maintenance, and servicing of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety checks to prevent accidents and downtime. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, hygiene standards, security protocols by following standards and procedures, complying with MJTD codes and regulations. Team management & Reporting Assign manpower and plan workload to meet operational targets. Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth workflow. Submit reports to the line management on warehouse and store processes, highlighting any deviations or issues. Provide insights and recommendations for improving warehouse operation and meeting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Indirect Materials Procurement: Lead the procurement of indirect materials required to support production and operations. Purchase marketing items, services, and office supplies to meet organizational needs. Supplier Sourcing and Contract Execution: Identify and source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract execution. Evaluate bids from suppliers, ensuring alignment with departmental and company policies and procedures. Draft and/or review supply and service specifications to meet operational requirements. Monitor supplier performance and take necessary actions to maintain quality and efficiency. Negotiate with Suppliers for contracts to achieve favorable terms. Documentation and Compliance Prepare import license documentation as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Communication and Information Distribution: Distribute purchasing information to relevant parties, including management, vendors etc Review and evaluate purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness. Gather, record, and maintain purchase data for reporting and analysis purposes. Resolve any issues, problems, or complaints related to procurement. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators to internal stakeholders and corporate functions.

This role plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives by developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Develop and update the company's compensation program, including salary administration and benefits packages. Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market. Administer payroll, social security insurance, personal income tax, and other monetary items as required by law. Reporting and team management: Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training initiatives. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the HR department.
