Provide administrative & secretarial support to MD including scheduling appointments and business meeting, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests Prepare meeting agenda and take meeting minutes Prepare & handle confidential & sensitive documents. (For eg. important contract & documents) Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for MD Build and maintain good relationships with internal & external associates Preparing and maintaining the data shared between the departments and recording the information accordingly Can be able to translate (English to Myanmar/ Myanmar to English) reports submitted by other departments Must have knowledge and experience in accounting and management Other duties assigned by MD Preparing Company license and other requirement license. Good in document handling, recording and reporting
