  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • To ensure smooth operations, HR policies must be developed in collaboration with department heads, including drafting policies, rules and regulations, procedures, and organizational structures.
  • Maintaining HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance records and HR software updates.
  •  Preparing Employment Contract and HR related documents.
  • Record staffs’ attendance, leave and prepare monthly report
  • Assisting HR Manager in Monthly Payroll process and preparing pay slips
  • Maintain and update employee records (Both digital and physical)
  • Issue Staff Uniform, Staff identity cards for permanent staffs
  • Update the staff personal file for monthly
  • Problem Solving and employee relations issues
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superior

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of (3) years’ experience
  •  Excellent team management and leadership abilities
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be able to work under pressure
