Duties and Responsibilities In collaboration with the Sales Manager, plan annual sales targets, quarterly sales targets, and monthly sales targets. Arrange training for the development of required salesperson skills by consulting with the L&D Department and Sales Onboarding Department. To organize stock by categorizing slow and no-sales products. Manage the expenses of the sales teams in order to stay within the company's cost budget.
