A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee and ensure accurate daily recording of payments and receipts in the cash ledger. 
  • Supervise the arrangement and timely deposit of cash and cheques into designated bank accounts. 
  • Ensure proper balancing of daily cash, cheque, and card transactions in alignment with financial records. 
  • Reconciliation & Reporting Prepare detailed daily and monthly cash and bank reconciliation reports for submission to the Assistant Finance Manager. 
  • Review and verify monthly bank statements across all company bank accounts. 
  • Conduct monthly cash flow reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. 
  • Transaction Oversight Maintain organized records, reports, and supporting documentation related to all financial transactions. 
  • Ensure all transaction data is accurately captured and filed for audit readiness. 
  • Team Coordination & Supervision Guide and support junior finance or cashier staff involved in cash handling and deposit processes. 
  • Support in consolidating weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts from various departments or branches. 
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant records and reconciliation reports.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Preferred to related diploma or LCCI III, and B.Com, B.Act, B.Econ)
  • Age between 22 and 35 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related position
  • Must have knowledge of accounting principles and financial statistics
  • Strong knowledge of banking transactions 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
