Monitoring security alerts and events, analyzing security incidents, responding to security incidents, and escalating issues to internal and external team when appropriate. Implement and maintain network security solutions including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, secure remote access, and network segmentation. Ensure that security audits are conducted periodically or as needed. Research the latest IT security trends and recommend security enhancements and propose new processes or procedures. Security Assessments of New Technology Systems / Solutions Prepare and update documentation, user guide and SOP. Vulnerability and patch management for network and system. Be a part of the operation team system and network deployment. Monitoring on Microsoft O365 and need to do necessary action for security improvement.
