• Team Structure: Work with the Lead BI Analyst to define and implement an efficient delivery strategy for the data science team’s BI & Analytics initiatives covering technology, process, and people aspects.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret raw data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business objectives.

• BI Solutions Development: Design and implement BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, utilizing BI tools to enhance business decision-making processes.

• Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through the establishment and enforcement of data governance standards and practices. Perform data validation and cleanup as needed.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and data analysis techniques.

• Project Management: Manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, standards, and budget requirements. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in BI technology. Recommend and implement improvements to BI strategies and processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven minimum of one to three years’ experience in a BI analyst role, demonstrating expertise in data analysis, BI tool utilization, and reporting.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools. Strong understanding of database management and SQL. Knowledge of  ETL processes and data modeling. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
