Hysan Education is recruiting an Academic Coordinator to be responsible for the management of the centre, be the lead for curriculum development and spearhead efforts to provide quality and enjoyable English language training to Myanmar students. You should have experience in education, teaching and coordination. Knowledge in IELTS is a plus.

• Manage, develop and standardise appropriate curriculum for students to optimise their learning results
• Plan course timetable and liaise with teachers to ensure classes run smoothly
• Develop appropriate assessment tools, e.g. placement tests, level tests, course activities
• Recruit, train and supervise new teachers
• Ensure that classes are taught in an enjoyable, interactive manner
• Employ a variety of teaching technique and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students
• Evaluate all current programmes to maintain quality; provide feedback and implement changes where necessary
• Where necessary, upport in student services and any other educational events
• Where necessary, teach English classes (IELTS and/or General 4 Skills)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education and/or Teaching
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field in education and/or teaching
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Experience working in language schools is a plus
• Organised, proactive, flexible and dedicated to providing the best education for students
• Efficient, dynamic and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, Power Point
