A Good Opportunity for ..

 Before the start of semester, setting up the Programme Teams of Lecturer & IVs
 Organize orientation section for new students before the Intake start
 Collect require data from the students and have to check first then send to Academic Director for student registration
 Checking student control list and student profile
 Communicate with Academic Director, Operation Director, YGN and TGI team
 Providing the lecturers and IVs and with the awarding body documentation, records and guidelines
 Assisting the Lead Verifier in monitoring the effectiveness of the internal verification systems
 Leading relevant departmental Course T & L Meetings throughout the semester/year;
 Arrange module activity plan
 Overall in charge Program officers in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
 In charge for MBA programme
 Organize college event with operation and recruitment team
 Need to check student attendance from program officer
 Counselling with student and parents for complain
 Collect the student grade for certificate claim
 Arrange the Lecturer Interview for Academic Director
 Direct report to Academic Director and Operation Director

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor Degree in any fields, preferable in MBA
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office package) and Email/Internet
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good social and communication skill
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrate a good use of initiative
• Be able to work on tight deadlines with own initiative
• Be able to learn new systems and procedures rapidly
