Prepare and verify process of internal transfer and Non-Trade purchases
Process Non-trade ordering payment as company’s policies
Prepare Daily Sales reports
Prepare cash deposit report including coins and change
Handle office equipments and other supplies requisition
Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to other department
Manage fixed assets which includes office supplies, stationery, inventory, and new purchasing processes
Prepare other income reports i.e. Rental fee income
Carry out any other duties assigned by Manager
