• Manage all accounts payable functions, GL and supervise the team members
• Ensuring the team's work is accurate and payments are processed by following 3 ways matching and align with internal policies
• Reviewing all the transactions that recorded in ERP system are accurate as per COA and OCM definition
• Managing the resolution of issues escalated from team members
• Carrying out the month end closing activities to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and able to meet deadline
• Planning and execution of the vendor payment runs, not to have overdue payments
• Overseeing Vendor reconciliation by the team and working on issues to resolve
• Ensuring that Balance Sheet reconciliation is completed in timely manner
• Maintaining Vendor master data for internal control and to generate reliable AP aging report
• Performing and overseeing other Accounting entries
• Standardize procedures to generate efficiency and constantly create ongoing improvements to the accounts payable process
• Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with quires from Financial controller and Accounting Manager
• Ad Hoc tasks

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) will be preferred
• Proven experience in a supervising role
• Extensive knowledge about Accounting, Accounts Payable procedures, IFRS and GAAP and Accounting software (ERP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Others - Attention to detail, Professional attitude, Reliability, Strong work ethic
