Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.

Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and initiate collection efforts through calls, emails, and statements.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately posted and accounted for.

Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, identifying potential bad debts and recommending appropriate action.

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and improve collection processes.

Process credit notes and adjustments as required.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.

Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

B.Com or Any Bachelor Degree 

LCCI III / ACCA Part 2

Proven 3 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
