Record and file office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
Post daily receipts
Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers;
Assist the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
Equivalent Work Experience with -Data Entry -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
Preferred with LCCI level 1&2
Logical thinking with can do attitude
