Manage site operations, subcontractors, and building maintenance services. Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure completed approvals and full set of documents attached with Debit/Credit Vouchers Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing document . Maintains Document files (eg. Journal Vouchers, Debit & Credit Vouchers, Bank Statements and any other documents, etc) Prepares payments by verifying documentation .
