EFD Group and its group of companies in the Financial sector is looking for an experienced person in the financial service sector. This accountant position is responsible to provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Duties/Responsibilities - Outline the duties and responsibilities of the position

• Producing on time monthly and yearly financial reports for Branches – Trial Balances, Income statements, Balance Sheets and cash flow Statement for branches
• Must have the skill of computation of taxation,
  Producing reports for external stakeholders
  Data entry, comparing and analyzing the budget and actual income and expenditure
• Pay-roll preparation and/or check
  maintain all original entry documents (vouchers, etc.).
• Monitoring branch office cash flow forecasts and actuals to identify cash deficit/surplus and make recommendations for cash movements as needed.
• Managing and supporting the branch cashiers on related financial matters
• Managing and supporting the branch cashiers on related financial matters
• Monitoring and supporting branches to ensure the compliance of financial policies and procedures
• Assisting Finance Manager to set up the required Financial policies and procedures and financial matters.
• Prepare accounting reports for Management and Authorities
• Executing Internal and external finance and account transactions under approval of Management
• Giving suggestion to manager on accounting matters

• Must be University graduated with LCCI III passes or B.Com or ACCA Part I passed
• Must have 3 years’ experience in Accounting Jobs
• Must have adequate accounting and finance knowledge
• Must be Hard-working, detail oriented, multi-tasking capacity
• Must be able to work under pressure time constraint
• Must have moderate English Skill
• Builds and maintains effective relationships, with own team, colleagues and clients
