  • Inventory Accounting & Control – Maintain stock records, reconcile with physical counts, track stock valuation, and ensure timely data entry.
  • Warehouse Expense Management – Record and monitor warehouse expenses, verify invoices, allocate costs correctly, and support budget control.
  • Daily Operations Support – Prepare daily stock/dispatch reports, verify movement documents, monitor consumables, and coordinate between warehouse and accounts.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Maintain audit-ready records, ensure accounting compliance, and support tax-related documentation.

  • Any Graduate with LCCI level-2
  •  Minimum working experiences 2 years on any similar position
  •  Strong analytical skills to handle multiple tasks and make sound decisions.
  • Skilled in logistics and supply tracking from source to warehouse.
  • Able to perform well under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent in communication, critical thinking, and leadership.
