The person will work in product pricing and strategic planning team. Shall be responsible for

1. Risk analysis uses in pricing and developing of new and existing product in line with managements and company’s initiative.  
2. Strategic Planning – consolidating and preparation of company’s strategic plan, working across various workstreams such as distribution, finance, risk etc. ensuring a timely and accurate submission

The roles and responsibilities include:

• Collaborating across different departments – distribution, legal & compliance, ops, finance, IT etc
• Provides support on system testing and implementation of new products
• Provides support in designing, pricing and assessing the risks and profitability of life insurance products, new as well as existing products
• Applies knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, principle of finance and business to solve problem in the life insurance industry
• Monitors experience of the products sold and work on other ad-hoc projects as required by the business
• Work closely with finance team for financial reporting, and planning and analysis team for planning and forecasting
• Deliver quarterly production of insurance valuation reporting, and analyze key drivers of results
• Provide support in projects as required to fulfill evolving regulatory reporting needs

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related technical fields
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA
• Knowledge on the insurance business and finance is an advantage
• Strong commitment to actuarial career and actuarial professional exam
• Relevant experience would be a definite advantage
