Student Support: 

  • Managing student records, files, and transcripts; assisting with financial aid applications, payment plans, and billing; providing career counseling and job search support.  

Academic Support: 

  • Assisting Academic department with course scheduling, material preparation, and event coordination; ensuring smooth operation of academic processes.  

Operation Management: 

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, supply management, and maintenance. 
  • Arranging travel logistics including booking accommodations, and transportation.
  • Purchasing and maintaining office assets and stationery. 
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.  
  • Performing another admin related tasks by assigned. 

 

Event Coordination: 

  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics.  

Record-Keeping and Compliance: 

  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, including student files, financial records, and compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • Maintaining relevant admin databases and others related documents.  

Communication and Collaboration: 

Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments.  

Supervising and Reporting

  • Reporting daily to Center Manager & operation Manager.
  • Supervising to Cleaners and facility officer.

Financial Management: 

  • Managing financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.  

HR Support: 

  • Assisting with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an admin executive position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English.•Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
