Opportunity for Admin Staff position at Chemico Myanmar Co., Ltd.

The administrative staff member will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

  2. Organize and schedule appointments.

  3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  5. Develop and maintain a filing system.

  6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

  7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

  8. Maintain contact lists.

  9. Book travel arrangements.

  10. Submit and reconcile expense reports.

  11. Provide general support to visitors.

  12. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

  13. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

  14. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

  15. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  16. Import shipment, transportation and delivery arrangement for customer needs.

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.

  2. Knowledge of office & logistic management systems and procedures.

  3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Myanmar.

  6. Strong organizational and planning skills.

  7. Proficient in MS Office.

  8. Graduated in Bachelor Degree in any field.

  9. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

  10. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

  11. Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.

  12. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  13. Able to translate from MM-ENG-MM.
