As the Admin & HR Manager, you will oversee all administrative and human resources functions within the company. You will play a key role in shaping the organizational culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring efficient office operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to managing administrative and HR processes. The role serves as a key bridge between management and staff, ensuring an efficient, productive, and legally compliant workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate office operations and manage administrative staff.
  • Handle budgeting and forecasting for HR and administrative expenses, activities annually.
  • Overseeing the payroll function.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, SSB, taxation, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents for audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and staff development plans.
  • Implement health and safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Support senior management with HR-related strategic advice.
  • Propose and implement organizational improvements for better internal control and efficiency.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in HR management and administrative roles.
  • Age under 35 years is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Successful experience in employee relations
  • Strategic thinking ability
