  • Create and develop effective, high conversion, quality recruitment strategies that support agency manpower growth
  • Manage End to End recruitment process inclusive of onboarding to offboarding
  • Plan, execute and run recruitments campaigns, events and activities
  • Generate and acquire quality recruitment leads
  • Involve in selection, interview, compensation package development and onboarding for agents
  • Set standards and ensure implementation of quality recruitment strategies are executed

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree with at least 2 years HR/Agency recruitment experience in insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset, visionary and persistence. Being able to think beyond status quo
  • Persuasive and able to convey ideas, plus negotiation and influencing skills
  • Detail oriented, influential, creative, resourceful
  • Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Muste be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be Bachelor Degree Holder
