Daily independent travel within the trade area with occasional overnight stays.
Coordinate worker activities, such as planting, chemical application, harvesting, grading, and recordkeeping.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Recruit, train/instruct and supervise farm workers.
Organize maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
Coordinate growing activities with those of engineering, equipment maintenance, and other related departments.
Ensure the implementation of the planting program for each product.
Improve farming and take care the trade area such as Mango, Durian, Pomelo and others.
Make sure effective and efficient agriculture system in place.
Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, keep records, collect field data and report situation to supervisor regularly (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
