Position Objective:
-Overall responsible for developing and maintaining the AIA Infrastructure and Cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborating with different application teams, engineers, and project managers to provide the best support and suggest appropriate systems based on the projects and applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for AIA cloud-based infrastructure and on-prem infrastructure, including Azure Platform
- Collaborates with other team members and across teams in developing for integration across AIA MM.
- Install and develop infrastructure solutions, ensure alignment with the architectural vision, and monitor maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Plan and support the ongoing maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimized downtime and all the housekeeping jobs are executed effectively on a daily, weekly and yearly basis.
- Liaise with other support teams and third parties to ensure that incidents, problems and service request are escalated and resolved within service level agreements.
- Maintain deployed application and conduct proactive preventive issue resolution on hybrid cloud
- Collaborating with Application Teams, Operation Team and Development teams, Project Teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
- Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Take ownership of and accountability for technical issues while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolutions.
- Provide quick response and utilize problem solving skills to resolve escalated
- To keep track of IT inventory and to ensure information/records are always up to date.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application
deployment issues.
- Assist in project delivery from a perspective of architecture, designing, and delivering capabilities to the existing environment from infrastructure through to systems and application.
