  • Receiving customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries.
  • Ensure reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
  • Managing meeting room availability.
  • Handling administrative matters such as processing paperwork, coordinating and communicating accordingly.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations and paper vouchers.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.

  • Bachelor Degree Holder with 2 years of working experience in admin roles.
  • Strong communication with can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task.
  • A proactive, independent team player with a keen attention to details, high level of accuracy and ability to work with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Myanmar.
