Provides technical support regarding a spectrum of software like CRM used within a specific business sector.
▪ Responsible for database management and programming end of an application
▪ Responsible for using technology to improve business performance and strategy
▪ Level 1 support in finding the root cause of an application malfunction and escalates issue to the Application
Manager when necessary
▪ Responsible for ensuring new users of an application have a smooth onboarding process
▪ Contribute to overall IT needs and strategy of internal and external end users.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

▪ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of IT preferable as application support, network support,
helpdesk support, or IT executive.
▪ Holder of Bachelor degree or diploma related to Information system, Computer system, Information technology,
Business IT, Computer Engineering or Computer science
▪ Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software /SQL Databases & basic network configuration/
web platform development software, such as AJAX or Apache Tomcat
▪ Excellent problem skill, fast response and strong team work.
▪ Professional certificate such as CCNA, MCP preferred but not mandatory
