* Land development , case development evaluation , architectural design , construction application and communication with various manufacturers during the period ,Engineering estimation , engineering material selection , engineering contraction document production , site interface coordination , etc .

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering ,or Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) .* At least 6 years of working experiences in Construction site or similar projects .* Construction company, Architect firm or group company's land development case pre-development evaluation , architectural design , construction application and communication with various manufacturers , engineering estimation , material selection , project delivery label production , site interface coordination , etc .* able to work independently .* Burmese overseas chinese , (Especially good at Burmese Language )* Solid knowledge of Computer skills (Microsoft Office, power point , Autocad , Sketchup , and Project software etc)
