• Translating business requirements and analyzing, planning, and defining the data architecture framework to meet the business requirements and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement database solutions that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, security, reference data, metadata, master data, and performance objectives.
• Perform installation, configuration, backup and recovery, monitoring, and security management.
• Implement and maintain database security protocols to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access.
• Develop data migration strategies with minimal downtime and data loss.
• Monitor the database performance and capacity usage and plan the accommodation of growing data volumes and scalability requirements.
• Documented the database architecture, design decisions, and configurations for reference and future maintenance.
• Generate reports to communicate the database performance, usage statistics, and maintenance activities to related teams.
• Collaborating with other teams within the organization to devise and implement data strategies, build models, and assess shareholder needs and goals.

Education      :   B.C.Sc or IT related Bachelor

Experience    :   Over 5 years of working experience in a related field
Language      :   Intermediate or above
Skills              :   Strong understanding of database security, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. Familiarity with big data technologies and NoSQL databases.Interpersonal skills / Leadership / Problem-solving .Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
