Responsibilities includes (but not limited to):

  • Develop sales plans and targets in alignment with the organization objectives. Delivering the sales achievement in assigned territories and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure coverage of different kind of HCPs in the assigned areas in various type of outlets.
  • Lead medical sales teams in upper Myanmar area by managing effective detailing & sales call to meet sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationship with KOLs, doctors, nurses, midwives & all level of healthcare professionals.
  • Work with internal team to implement monthly planned activities to ensure company goal and timely reporting to management.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly and share it with the Senior Management Team timely.
  • Coordinate with the Medical Sales Manager and Marketing Director in forecasting the sales yearly, quarterly, and monthly and define monthly sales targets for the teams.
  • Enforce the team in application SFA, the sales techniques and standard sales operation procedures.
  • Coordinate with the internal supply chain team and distributors to ensure stocks availability and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with the marketing unit in developing the sales and promotional strategies to align with the organization’s objective.
  • Get the updated data and information from the market, define the potential impact, and find the way to navigate the solutions promptly. Analyses the sales and market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Perform other additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

▪︎ University Degree in B. pharm, BNSc (or) medical related degree holder is preferred.
▪︎ Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical (or) medical related field is preferred.
▪︎ Self-driven, energetic personality with strong communication skills, especially to be persuasive in face-to-face meeting with customers
▪︎ Ability to use Microsoft Office (especially, Microsoft Excel)
▪︎ Good command of writing and speaking in both English and Myanmar Languages
▪︎ Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel frequently

▪︎ Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and contraceptions will be an asset.
