1. Administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, financing, market handling (distribution & market share), product sales, customer service, budget activities (sales & expense) , stock balancing & sales focus , competitor activities & re-attack suggestion plan and security and safety in accordance with the company objectives.
2. Develops business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through targeting business sales and marketing.
3. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Operations Supervisor or other branch personnel by thoroughly knowing of their JDs, KPI & performance appraise method.
4. Responsible for attaining established company and branch goals through active participation in sales management and operation administration program.
5. Build the best communication with interpersonal company, customer, dealer, wholesaler, partner company and governmental office of branch area
6. Participates in community affairs to increase the company visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities with outside sources both business & governmental.
7. Responsible to submit monthly sales & management activities report to Regional Manager.
