Cube Digital, a division of Myanmar Pyi San Htar Group of Companies is hiring an Artist & Content Manager for their mJams music service. mJams is Myanmar’s #1 local music streaming platform, with hundreds of local Myanmar artists and thousands of songs available to stream from your mobile phone 24/7. You will be working closely with Myanmar music artists, in a fast-paced startup environment. You will have a chance to have a significant influence on the direction of the mJams product, as you will be working day to day with our artists. You will directly report to the Product Manager, and will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute on day to day marketing activities focused on artists.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Managing day to day communication with mJams artists.
• Managing the artist payment process.
• Analyzing and interpreting analytics data regarding artist streams on the mJams platform, and work with marketing and product teams to action based upon analytics.
• Being fully in charge of the mJams Content Management System. You will be the person loading artist content into mJams and you will be responsible for album art decisions and messaging within mJams.
• Creating weekly playlists within mJams.
• Working with marketing on artist focused marketing.

• English language fluent, Myanmar language fluent.
• 1+ years of experience in a management position.
• Direct, hands on experience within the Myanmar music scene, either as an artist, a manager or marketing / PR.
