• Liaise with Engineering & Finance Department for necessary rules & regulations for contract preparation for Sub-Con (Soil, Civil, Tower, ESES,etc…) if a project is confirmed.
• Meet & discuss with Son-Cons for their Job quotation.
• Prepare Sub-Con Price Comparison report for HOD/CEO approval.
• Issue contracts to Sub-Con after approval is completed.
• Co-operate with Engineering Dept for job completeness for Sub-con payment issue.
• Co-operate with Finance Dept to follow payment proceed as per contract term to Sub-com.
• Issue weekly payment transfer to Finance Dept with HOD’ approval.
• Submit weekly/monthly payment amount to Sub-Con.
• Prepare Sub-Con Invoices, Contract, Job report to submit Finance Dept for payment claim.
• Prepare letters, Announcement, etc.. to Sub-Con if necessary.
• Prepare Advance Requisition to Finance a big volume cash amount.
• Maintain good relationships with other departments in the company and Sub-Con.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager
• Assists the Procurement Team in various matters

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any Bachelor Graduate ( B.E is Preferred )
• 3 Years & + working experience in the procurement field. Working experience in the telecom industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good Command of English Language.
• Computer literate with MS Office & Excel.
