- ဘြဲ႕တစ္ခုခုရရွိထားၿပီး LCCI (Level-2) ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီးသူ ျဖစ္ပါကလည္း အေတြ႕အႀကံဳေပၚမူတည္ၿပီး စဥ္းစားမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၁)ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- က်န္းမာေရးေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး၊ လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
