This role is a great opportunity to build and grow the sales department. We are looking for people who can dream big and build a strong foundation to achieve these big goals. Big picture thinking, strong management skills and hard work are crucial. To increase sales and profits, the Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, distribution, competitive strategy, trade promotions, and pricing activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish sales goals with Regional Sales Manager. Develop and implement effective sale strategies to achieve agreed upon goals. Create and manage budget. Lead nationwide sale team members to achieve sale targets Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sale forecasts Perform research and identify new potentials customers and new market opportunities Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s. Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results and suggest improvements Support new product development efforts with the Production departments. Liaise with Marketing Department and Product Development to ensure brand consistency Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department. Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team. Keeping up to date with product and competitors.
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Pyay Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective product distribution within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company products (alcoholic beverages) to customers within the assigned area. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors. Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability in outlets. Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams for timely product delivery and payment collection. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Regional Sales Manager. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities.
Must be able to develop sales channel Way Plans. A sales team is required; must supervise sales target. Can find new markets, able to report real-time market conditions to the person in charge; Must be able to submit monthly sales reports to the responsible manager. Must be able to work in a team. Must be able to follow up to ensure the correctness of goods sold. If necessary, you must exit the sales channel yourself.
Supervise and lead the maintenance department staff in carrying out daily operations effectively. Oversee the repair, servicing, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, factory facilities, and installed fixtures. Manage new machinery or facility expansion projects, including coordination with external contractors as required. Provide maintenance support to the purified water plant and bottle storage warehouses when necessary. Train, mentor, and monitor team members to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards. Assist in and supervise electrical-related maintenance works. Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks by guiding and monitoring the team. Prepare and submit progress reports and task completion updates to management in a timely manner. Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, facility management, and electrical systems.
Coordinate with the Sales Department to receive monthly and weekly production orders. Plan and execute production activities to ensure timely completion of all production orders. Develop the Weekly Production Plan in collaboration with relevant departments. Assign appropriate production lines for different product types and coordinate with line supervisors for smooth operations. Monitor production processes to minimize wastage, damage, and loss. Ensure that finished products meet established quality standards. Liaise with the Maintenance Department to ensure timely repair and servicing of machines, enabling uninterrupted production. Provide regular progress updates and completion status reports to management in a timely manner. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments (Sales, Maintenance, Quality Control, etc.).
