This role is a great opportunity to build and grow the sales department. We are looking for people who can dream big and build a strong foundation to achieve these big goals. Big picture thinking, strong management skills and hard work are crucial. To increase sales and profits, the Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, distribution, competitive strategy, trade promotions, and pricing activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Establish sales goals with National Sales Manager. 2. Develop and implement effective sale strategies to achieve agreed upon goals. 3. Create and manage budget. 4. Lead nationwide sale team members to achieve sale targets 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sale forecasts 6. Perform research and identify new potentials customers and new market opportunities 7. Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s. 8. Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results and suggest improvements 9. Support new product development efforts with the Production departments. 10. Liaise with Marketing Department and Product Development to ensure brand consistency 11. Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department. 12. Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team. 13. Keeping up to date with product and competitors.
JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Factory Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager directs and supervises the activities of the QA Analyst for proper monitoring of process parameters, calibration, application of test procedures and disposition of raw and packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES • Assists the function of the Factory Manager for product Quality Assurance matters. • Supervises the execution of QA Analysts to ensure conformance of products to standard. • Prepares and ensures timely submission of QA reports. • Initiates improvement projects related to product quality. • Ensures consistent implementation, training and maintenance of ISO Standard, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Safety Procedures. • Coordinates with other plant heads and/or senior supervisors concerning quality aspects. • Ensures strict implementation and monitoring of product quality and standards. • Assists in the implementation of sanitation programs like GMP and 5S. • Coordinates with Production and Warehouse all problems related to quality control of plant operations and incoming/outgoing materials, respectively. • Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain good quality product. • Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as specified in the QMS. • Performs any other duty that may be assigned as necessary.
