A Good Opportunity for ..

Perform Record to Report processes which include completing recurring entry, check and solve issues in GL postings and reviewing line items in the general ledger. These processes should be completed for the assigned OpCo, in accordance with Heineken process standards, policies and objectives.

• Checking and running reports on JDE (unposted batches, integrity report, running currency restatement) on 2 times per week
• Doing stock counts on monthly basis
• Heimatch preparation
• Updating exchange rate at the end of the month
• Preparing Interco exchange gain/loss journal for Interco Reconciliation
• Preparing monetary valuation (AP, AR, Cash and Bank, Loan)
• Closing AP, AR module after getting confirmed by each team on 2WD
• Preparing Departmental Cost Report
• Downloading TB and preparing balance sheet reconciliation and consolidation
• Doing MDM role (creating supplier, customer, POSM codes, etc.)
• Supporting some reports to Supply Chain

 B.Com, Diploma in Accounting (LCCI, UK)
 ACCA (Part-1)
 At least 1 year of experience in Finance
 Fluency in English, both verbal and written required
 Have strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Office SuiteBe able to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines.
 Have the ability to work under pressure analytically and systematically.
 Demonstrates highly motivated strong team building skills with self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, team spirit and a “hands-on” mentality.
 Passion for driving continuous improvement with clear evidence of same in professional or business background
 Demonstrated experience in process management.
 Never Give-up and Positive Attitude
 Passionate, Responsible and Committed Person
 Excellent in Time Management
