  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within company to facilitate other business operations
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
  • Organize and supervise other office activities
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.
  • Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders and other entities
  • Collect, analyze and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business the other entity
  • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience in a related field, such as management
  • Exceptional leadership, time and resource management skills
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers especially MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Must have Driver Licence and able to drive
