- Manage daily cash reconciliation
- Provide ongoing training for network of company Cash Agents. Educate and administer company procedures and policies on cash management with Cash Agent Network
- Manage daily Cash Agent deposits with company bank partners
- Using company system, manage liquidity balancing needs of Cash Agent Network
- Serve as a critical member and leader within Cash Operation Team
- Support Cash Operation Manager and assist as required
- Act as Liaison between Business Team and Cash Operation Team and Clients
- Involve and Lead in Ways planning and management as necessary
- Support reporting process as well as assist in Cash Agent Network Expansion of the Organization
- Involve in Operation Strategy implementation to in line with organization strategy

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Operations management experience ,experience in a banking, microfinance is preferable
- Organization, money transfer service, FMCG distributor or mobile money venture. Business development experience is a plus.
- Degree holder with background in management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Burmese
- Ability to work extended hours and travel within Myanmar.
- The ideal candidate is an organized, energetic young manager with a record of achieving results.
