- Deciding on the Customer relationship management (CRM) platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the
organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organisation and maximizing
commercial opportunities.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the
company.
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the
company and its products.
- Planning and implementation for the customer loyalty program of Emporium Armani and Armani
Exchange.
- Performing the close loyalty system monitoring in compliance with company’s policies and guidance.
- Resolving client inquires and provide customers’ needs in a timely and professional
manner.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

- Must have over 8 years working experience customer service
- Must have over 3 years working experience at F&B industry
- Age Must be 25~35 years old
- Prefer to have experience of sale and marketing
- Must have knowledge of procedure in distribution field or trading field.
- Must be Business Level in the English Language
